Our binder-jetting metal 3D printing solution works with stainless steels, low-alloy steels, tool steels, as well as copper, nickel alloys, precious metals and more. We can Produce intricate parts with ease, even those with challenging geometries such as undercuts and internal channels.
We can ensure unparalleled part success and superior surface finish. With materials that surpass MPIF standards and utilizing high metal volume fraction media, finished in a high-pressure extrusion and vacuum sintering furnace at temperatures reaching 1400°C, yielding parts with densities of up to 98% of the chosen material, and that rival those of cast parts.
